Blog yazmaya başlamadan önce, böyle fazlaca pohpohlanan ürünleri koşarak alıp hayal kırıklığına uğradığımdan, yoğurdu üfleyerek yerim. Bu sebeple bu maskaranın da gereğinden fazla abartıldığını düşünüp hiç bulaşmamıştım. Ta ki geçen haftalarda Sephora'dan Benefit'in Primping With The Stars setini alana kadar...

Good morning there! I've been watching the rave about They're Real mascara by Benefit for months now and I'm sure almost every single beauty blogger has blogged or vlogged about it. I hesitated getting my hands on it, since I had been disappointed a lot, rushing into those 'overrated' products, before I started blogging. I kept myself from purchasing it, until I bought Primping With The Stars kit by Benefit last week...

Asıl amacım, aylardır testerını kullandığım Porefessional makyaj bazının tam boyunu almaktı. Bazın tam boyunun 99 TL ve bu tatlı mı tatlı setin de 95 TL olduğunu görünce 'Neden aklımda olan bir sürü ürünü aynı anda denemiyorum?' diyerek Primping With The Stars'ı kaptım. Bugün sizlere, sette en çok hayranlık uyandıran ürün olarak gördüğüm maskaramı tanıtıyorum. They're Real, bir haftadır her sürdüğümde 'Kirpiklerin takma mı?' diye sordurtan maskara.

My actual aim was purchasing the full size of Porefessional primer when I dropped into Sephora. Then I saw this kit, containing the products that I've always wanted to try out and it was actually the same price with the primer so I bought Primping With The Stars, instead. Well, that was a long intro, but yes, today I'll be reviewing my They're Real mascara.

Setten çıkan tabii ki minik boyu, ancak ben tam boyunu önümüzdeki hafta alacağım. Bu arada bilmeyenler için ufak bir bilgi. Daha önce Dior, MAC, Clinique ve Estee Lauder gibi markaların maskaralarına tonlarca para döküp, o muhteşem kirpik görüntüsünü asla alamadım, ama çok güzel bir ders aldım. Lancome Hypnose hariç hiç bir maskara yüzlerce lirayı haketmiyor. Zaten ben de artık Maybelline ve Rimmel London'dan başka bir markanın maskarasını kullanmıyorum. Pardon, kullanmıyordum. They're Real; ince, uzun ama aynı zamanda dolgun plastik bir fırçayla geliyor. Normalde plastik fırça sevmeyen ben bu maskaranın herşeyine aşık oldum. Kirpikleri sadece tek katta tek tek ayırıp dolgunlaştırıyor. 3 kat da sürseniz yapıştırmıyor. En önemlisi akmıyor, dökülmüyor. Diğer maskaralardan daha zor çıkıyor. Ben 2 adet pamuğa Bioderma Sensibio H2O döküp gözlerimde 1 dakika kadar bekletiyorum. Pamukları çıkarttığımda tamamen çıkmış oluyor. 

The kit gives you a little size of the mascara. I'll be purchasing the full size next week, for sure! Just in case you don't know; I've tried Dior, MAC, Clinique, Estee Lauder and all the other high end brands' mascaras throughout the years and I do believe that no mascara deserves more than 10 dollars, in my opinion. Well, I broke it. Benefit They're Real comes with a thin, long but a dense wand with plastic bristles. I think I love every single thing about it. It separates each lash and thickens them. It never budges, smudges or flakes. It never gives you clumpy lashes, even if you apply 3 more coats. I admit that it's a little bit hard to take off, harder than my other mascaras. I pour some Bioderma Sensibio H2O on some cotton pads and put them on my eyes and wait for a minute. Then when I remove the pads, all my mascara comes off...

Maskara fotoğraflamak konusunda çok başarısızımdır, ama fırçayı kirpiklerime sadece dokundurmamla bu görüntüye ulaşınca fotoğraflamadan edemedim. Siz They're Real'i denediniz mi?

Well, I actually suck at capturing mascara pictures but once I barely touched the wand on my lashes, I achieved this pretty look and I photographed! What do you think on They're Real? Have you tried it yet?
